    BEVERLY, Mass. - November 22, 2016 - The New England Women’s Volleyball Coaches Association (NEWVA) has released their 2016 NEWVA Annual Awards honoring the region’s Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Coach of the Year, the All-New England Teams and All-Rookie Team.

  • Tufts Takes Southwestern to Five Sets in NCAA First Round

    OSHKOSH, Wis. – The Tufts University volleyball team posted third- and fourth-set victories after dropping the first two sets to No. 7 Southwestern (Texas) in quarterfinal-round action of the NCAA Division III Tournament Thursday evening, but the Pirates were able to win the decisive fifth set, 15-13, en route to a 3-2 victory at the Kolf Sports Center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

    BEVERLY, Mass. - October 12, 2016 - The top five teams from last week's NEWVA Regional Poll stay the same including Johnson & Wales (R.I.) who remains in the top spot in this week's NEWVA Regional Poll after a 3-0 week. The only change comes with UMass Boston leaping over MIT into the No. 3 position after impressively knocking off three teams without dropping a set.
